Qualifications

• 2+ years in dispatch, customer service, scheduling, inventory, or administrative coordination.
• Strong computer skills; experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or a similar CRM/ERP.
• Experience in medical, healthcare, field service, or logistics is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, vendors, and field techs.
• Document and track service cases and work orders in Salesforce.
• Dispatch field technicians and coordinate schedules across SC, NC, and GA.
• Manage parts and equipment inventory in NetSuite.
• Support the sales and service teams with quotes and paperwork.
