The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, with a fast-paced daily workflow and focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2 years scheduling experience, home services experience preferred.
• Ability to type at least 35 wpm.
• Demonstrated capacity to work independently in a high-paced environment.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Intermediate computer and telecommunication skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch the right technician to the right job to maximize every opportunity.
• Resolve client concerns in a timely manner with 5-star quality customer service.
• Communicate between technicians, clients, and department managers to ensure clear updates.
• Record the results of each service call and create report summaries for management.
• Serve as a link in establishing customer rapport, converting clients into repeat customers.
• Participate in training to boost sales and ensure quick, accurate dispatch of incoming orders.
• Provide timely updates to customers throughout the day on technician progress.
