Job summary

Dead River Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Brunswick, ME. You will handle front desk duties, answer calls, and assist walk-in customers while using the ADDS E3 system for account maintenance and updates.

You will develop broad knowledge of departments, products, and delivery schedules, participate in promotional programs, and support teamwork through cross-training. Opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of customer service experience including computer work preferred.
• Good communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Courteously answer incoming telephone calls; front desk duties and assist walk-in customers.
• Utilize the ADDS E3 system for customer account maintenance and updates.
• Perform clerical tasks: inventory control, AP/AR, postings, price changes, payments, and deposits.
• Develop knowledge of all departments, products, services, and delivery schedules.
• Participate in annual market objectives and promotional programs.
• Assist office staff through cross-training and support as needed.
• Perform other office duties such as filing, photocopying, and shredding.
