Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years' experience in customer service is required.
• 1+ years' experience as a dispatcher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Field and route incoming customer calls and emails to Service Technicians.
• Enter service call orders into the service tracking system.
• Dispatch service calls to Service Technicians and follow up to ensure all aspects of the service process are completed accurately.
• Complete data entry related to customer accounts and transactions.
