Dormakaba USA, Inc. is seeking a Field Operations Service Manager based in Orlando, FL, or remotely within the southeastern United States. The role oversees service operations, drives team performance, and supports exceptional customer satisfaction across the Southeast region.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in the automatic door industry.
• 2+ years management or supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily scheduling and routing of field technicians for service calls and maintenance visits, manage related invoicing activities, and prepare service quotes generated from service and preventive maintenance opportunities.
• Prioritize and coordinate service operations by assigning work based on customer urgency, contractual service level agreements (SLA), technician skill set, and geographic efficiency.
• Directly supervise and lead the dispatch team by providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Work closely with the warehouse and administrative teams to ensure that all necessary administrative tasks and stock transfers required from the technicians are complete.
• Accurately complete administrative processes associated with assigned technicians (payroll, time charging, training, compliance, etc.).
