Job summary

Randall Reed’s World Class Automotive Group is seeking staff to handle service paperwork, process payments, and coordinate repair orders. The role supports technicians and service advisors while ensuring customer satisfaction during the vehicle service visit.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process service paperwork.

• Backup service dispatcher.
• Finalize service repair orders.
• Explain basic work completed on client vehicles.
• Recognize possible client concerns and alert management.
• Answer incoming service phone calls.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Follow up with service clients to ensure satisfaction.
