Job summary

Randall Reed’s World Class Automotive Group is seeking staff to handle service paperwork, process payments, and coordinate repair orders. The role supports technicians and service advisors while ensuring customer satisfaction during the vehicle service visit.

The position requires a high school diploma and strong customer service skills; fluency in Spanish is a plus. Applicants should be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, friendly attitude.

Qualifications

Job Purpose

Process client paperwork from service work and ensure complete satisfaction of the client’s service visit.
