Role Description

The Service Dispatcher is a full-time, on-site role based in Myrtle Beach, SC, responsible for coordinating daily service operations for pool and spa customers. This role schedules and dispatches service technicians, prioritizes work orders, and ensures timely completion of service calls. The Service Dispatcher answers incoming customer calls, gathers necessary service details, and communicates clearly with both customers and technicians. Daily tasks include updating service records, confirming appointments, monitoring technician routes, and resolving basic scheduling issues. The role works closely with the customer service and repair teams to support high customer satisfaction, efficient workflows, and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on courteous and solutions-oriented support.
• Effective communication abilities, including clear verbal and written Communication and professional Phone Etiquette.
• Experience with Dispatching or scheduling field service personnel, including coordinating routes and managing multiple service requests.
