Service Dispatcher

Currently, we are seeking a Service Dispatcher to support our Piscataway, New Jersey location. We offer tremendous opportunity for growth, competitive compensation, and benefits for individuals who want a career with a great company that maintains a family feel!

Main Duties:

1. Schedule service repairs and dispatch field service technicians to customer locations based on location, skill level, and facility response guidelines.
2. Schedule and dispatch planned maintenance to ensure timely completion.
3. Receive service requests from customers and coworkers.
4. Enter information into the computer.
5. Assist with paperwork and prepare reports.
6. Handle registering service vans, scheduling maintenance for the rental fleet, scheduling delivery trucks, and coordinating services with outside vendors.

Requirements:

• Dispatch experience desired.
• Unwavering customer service focus and drive.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a team player.
• Pleasant phone demeanor.
• Stable work history.

Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
