Griffen Plumbing and Heating, LLC is looking for a Service Dispatcher who will be responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the Service Department by scheduling and dispatching technicians, communicating with customers, and maintaining accurate service information in BuildOps. This position plays a key role in keeping service calls organized, technicians informed, and customers updated.
The Service Dispatcher must be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where schedules can change throughout the day. Strong communication, attention to detail, customer service, and follow-through are essential. The position requires someone who can anticipate scheduling needs, address issues as they arise, and keep technicians, customers, and management informed.
