Job summary

Service Champions in Brea, CA is seeking an experienced Dispatcher for the Plumbing department to coordinate service calls and act as the central hub between customers, field technicians, and operations.

This in-office role requires multitasking, excellent communication, and the ability to adjust schedules in real time, with a schedule Monday–Friday plus some Saturdays and overtime. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), vacation, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• HVAC or Plumbing Dispatch industry experience is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software; Service Titan experience is a plus.

Work Schedule: Start Time: 10:00am This shift will tend to end around 7:00 pm.We ask that candidates have open availability Monday - Friday, with some Saturdays and OT as well.

Work Environment

This position operates in an office environment and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Frequently operates a computer and other standard office equipment. Occasionally moves items up to 20 pounds. Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with internal and external stakeholders is required. Must be able to work under centrally controlled LED lighting.
