Qualifications

• 1+ year of dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or administrative experience.
• Experience using service management software, CRM systems, or scheduling tools preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch service, maintenance, and installation appointments
• Optimize technician routes to maximize efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue opportunities
• Monitor schedules throughout the day and make real-time adjustments as priorities change
• Communicate proactively with customers and technicians
• Track job status, arrival times, and completions
• Resolve scheduling issues and service delays quickly and professionally
• Maintain accurate job and customer information within dispatch software
