• Communicate service updates, arrival times, and work status to customers.
• Maintain records of work orders and customer interactions.
• Coordinate emergency and after-hours service requests when required.
• Assist with invoicing, parts ordering, and administrative support as needed.
• Performs warehousing duties that require understanding storage plans.
• Operate hand power trucks or forklift as needed.
