Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years administrative experience in a service-related business.
• 1–3 years scheduling field technicians and/or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Create jobs, answer incoming phone calls, and assist with scheduling of technicians.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and repairs with customers.
• Use specific customer portals as needed to manage all open work orders.
• Track open jobs and see them through to completion.
• Meet with the service operations team regularly.
• Support of other Service departmental roles on an as-needed basis.
