Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel; basic typing skills.
• Ability to quickly acquire Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls to the branch.
• Produce quotations and estimates.
• Take and deliver messages to branch personnel.
• Effectively communicate with Service Department Personnel to address customer needs.
• Assign jobs to Shop Technicians.
• Dispatch Field Service Technicians.
• Open and properly segment work orders applying correct codes and tax information.
• Handle closing of work orders in a timely fashion.
• Adjust service technician time when necessary.
• Obtain Purchase Orders from customers as required.
• Responsible for charging his/her time to work orders.
• Fill in for supervisor when needed.
