Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls to the branch.
• Produce quotations and estimates for customers.
• Take and deliver messages to branch personnel.
• Effectively communicate with Service Department to address customer needs.
• Assign jobs to Shop Technicians and dispatch Field Service Technicians.
• Open and close work orders with correct codes and tax information.
• Close work orders in a timely fashion and adjust technician time as needed.
• Obtain Purchase Orders from customers as required.
• Charge time to work orders and fill in for supervisor when needed.
