Lonestar Forklift, part of Leavitt Industrial Group, seeks an organized Service Dispatcher in Houston, Texas. The role coordinates service jobs, schedules technicians, and ensures requests align with customer needs and internal standards.

You will manage work orders via ERP, prioritize appointments, and communicate across Service and Parts teams to optimize workloads while maintaining safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dispatching or scheduling.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication.
• Ability to work with internal and external customers at all levels.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and assign jobs to Service Technicians.
• Manage new and ongoing work orders using an ERP system.
• Prioritize and schedule appointments using the service scheduler.
• Communicate with Service and Parts teams to balance workloads and meet customer needs.
• Handle incoming job leads using established processes.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Manage WIP reports and billing review for customers.
• Ensure adherence to safety programs and complete incident reports when needed.
