Job summary

U.S. Engineering Service is seeking a Customer Service Support Supervisor to oversee dispatch operations, coordinate service coordinators, and act as the primary liaison among customers, technicians, and management.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive customer service experience, and knowledge of HVAC service processes. A high school diploma is required, with an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Some travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a customer service-related role with exposure to operations or accounting administration.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Service Coordinator or Dispatcher.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and terminology required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispatch operations, scheduling, prioritization, and technician assignments.
• Train and mentor Service Coordinators, conduct performance reviews, and manage staffing levels.
• Partner with Sales and Project Managers to ensure accurate billing and timely work orders.
• Analyze service data to identify trends and process improvements.
