Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• No licensing or testing required for this position.
• Strong communication, planning and scheduling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service-related calls and schedule service.
• Schedule technicians for routine tune-ups and maintenance.
• Use radio or cell to communicate with field staff on assignments and progress.
• Enter parts and labor data to generate invoices for service work performed.
• Reconcile billable and non-billable time for service technicians.
• Coordinate the service contract program, renewals and maintenance work.
