Responsibilities

• Answering incoming telephone calls and entering customer information in BAAN.
• Scheduling service calls and dispatching technicians via FMP360.
• Providing quotes based on technician recommendations.
• Driving upgrades as directed and ordering parts as needed.
• Maintain monthly reports for key customers.
• Act as liaison between production and sales.
