Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Service Dispatch Coordinator for our Clinton, MD office. The role focuses on coordinating on-site and remote service activities from demand creation through delivery and close-out, ensuring alignment with company policies and customer commitments.

You will work closely with Account Managers, Field Leaders, and Technicians. The ideal candidate will adapt to growing needs, solve problems autonomously, and pursue continual learning with a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of electrical or low voltage experience in field operations or related projects.
• Experience dispatching and scheduling field personnel and technicians.
• Familiarity with Fire Alarms, Sprinklers, Security Systems, Generator, or similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary point of contact for service customers to ensure expectations are met.
• Schedules resources to support proposals, maintenance agreements, and standard service agreements.
• Handles incoming service requests via phone or email and creates service work orders.
• Dispatches field staff and coordinates activities regionally and across the platform.
• Follows up with customers after completion to ensure satisfaction.
• Promotes LEAN concepts to improve efficiency and safety.
