Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma; technical school or college preferred.
5+ years of customer service and technician dispatch experience.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and dispatch technicians based on scheduling needs and skills, updating customers on progress.
Monitor technician productivity and ensure accurate time entries, parts, and repair details.
Support invoicing, purchase orders, fleet maintenance tracking, and day-to-day operations with attention to detail.
Collaborate with Service, Sales, Rental, Parts, AR/AP and other teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
