Job summary

C&C Lift Truck is seeking a Service Coordinator to act as the liaison between the company and customers, ensuring day-to-day service and support. You will assign jobs to technicians, coordinate daily schedules, and maintain positive customer communication and satisfaction.

Key duties include handling calls and emails, updating customers on service dates, and ensuring accurate work orders and billing procedures while contributing to revenue through service product promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Dispatcher experience preferred; strong customer-service skills.
• Geographic knowledge of NY/NJ/PA is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and communication.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming service calls via phone and email.
• Provide real-time updates on service dates and ETAs.
• Coordinate technician schedules and open work orders.
• Ensure accurate job coding with Unit ID, Make, Model, Serial Numbers.
• Promote and upsell service products to customers.
