Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or dispatching experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming telephone calls and assess/dispatch service calls.
• Provide field team with parts support to minimize return trips.
• Prioritize technicians to complete jobs efficiently and communicate with customers.
• Maintain accurate service call logs and generate reports.
