Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Service Dispatch Supervisor for Stanley Access Technologies in Elgin, IL. You will direct remotely the activities of 10–25 service technicians and possibly 1 dispatcher, sharing on- call duties while driving productivity and customer satisfaction.

You will meet region service goals, lead teams, hire and develop talent, and oversee installation, maintenance and repair of Stanley products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and high school diploma required.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct remotely the activities of 10-25 service technicians and possibly 1 dispatcher, share on call duties.
• Oversee productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction to maximize revenue.
• Meet or exceed region service goals across revenue, margins and service delivery.
• Lead regional efforts to source, hire, train and develop talent.
• Accountable for installation, maintenance and repair of Stanley products.
