Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, is seeking a Service Coordinator to serve as the main liaison between customers, sales and service. In an assigned area, you will schedule and dispatch Service Technicians and contractors to complete work, order parts, coordinate shipment and installation, and ensure accurate invoicing.

You will review completed jobs for profitability and maintain strong communication and customer service skills to juggle multiple projects.

Job Description

Rite-Hite Service Coordinators serve as the key conduit between our customers and our sales and service departments. Working with customers in an assigned area, the Service Coordinator assists customers and sales personnel who call in to request service and schedules and dispatches Service Technicians and contractors to complete the work. In addition, this position is responsible for ordering parts, products, and equipment, coordinating shipment and installation, ensuring accurate invoicing, and reviewing completed jobs and analyzing profitability.

Required Experience

Rite-Hite sells the best, and we hire the best. This position requires a minimum of one year of related experience, prior experience in a field service environment is preferred. In addition, the Service Coordinator must have good attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball. Strong communication and customer service skills are also essential.

The hiring range for this position in USA-CT-Windsor is $26.85-$36.90 per hour based on a 40-hour work week. The number of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus opportunity may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of benefits including medical, dental, life, and vision insurance, disability, a 401(k) plan, profit sharing, and PTO/vacation.
