Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an onsite Service Dispatcher/Coordinator in Hialeah, FL for a contract-to-hire role. The position pays $25.00-$30.00/hr and requires strong dispatch, scheduling, and billing skills to log service details in Security 101 and support Accounts Receivable for accurate invoicing.

You will manage service contracts, track orders and repairs, assign maintenance calls to technicians, maintain department files, and support operations turnover and warranty processes.

• Experience in dispatching service personnel and communicating requirements to customers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all service call details including labor, parts and issues are logged into the Security 101 Software application.
• Ensure information is available to Accounts Receivable for invoicing.
• Maintain Customer Service Contract information in Security 101 software.
• Track material orders, repairs and returns.
• Assign scheduled maintenance calls to Service Technicians.
• Maintain all Customer Service Department files.
• Assist in Operations-to-Service Turnover process.
• Maintain warranty information up to date.
• Collaborate with OPS on special projects and other duties.
