Job summary

Responsibilities

• Log labor, parts and issues in the Security 101 Software application for proper invoicing.
• Maintain customer service contract information in the Security 101 Software Application.
• Track material orders, repairs and returns.
• Assign scheduled maintenance calls to Service Technicians.
• Maintain all Customer Service Department files.
• Assist in the Operations-to-Service Turnover process.
• Maintain customer warranty information up to date.
• Work with OPS on special projects and other duties as assigned.
