Honda of Stevens Creek, part of Sonic Automotive, is seeking a Service Director to lead and grow the fixed-operations business across one or more Sonic dealerships. You’ll supervise Service, Parts and Scheduling to maximize revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction while upholding OEM and Sonic standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong financial and operational acumen, and a customer-first mindset.

Competenze

• 7+ years progressive fixed-ops experience in automotive dealerships, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing Service and Parts P&L, meeting revenue, gross profit, productivity and cost-control targets.
• Strong operational knowledge of shop processes, labor, RO management, warranty/OEM repair procedures.

• Lead and coach service managers, advisors, and technicians.
• Implement operational best practices and KPIs.
• Manage vendor and warranty relationships.
• Control costs and parts inventory.
• Drive CSI, throughput, and retention improvements.
