Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in Service Desk, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 / Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support to end users via phone, email, chat, remote sessions, and walk-up support.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS on laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Diagnose hardware, software, network connectivity, VPN, and application issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Office.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding: provisioning, devices, and access management.
• Deploy and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, printers, and IT gear.
