Michels Corporation is hiring a Service Desk Support Analyst in Minnesota. You will be the first point of contact for company‑wide IT support, handling requests via phone, email, and in‑person to resolve issues with computer systems, software and hardware.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, experience with Windows and Apple platforms, and Active Directory. Anticipated base salary is $23.00–$28.50 per hour, with actual pay determined by location, experience, and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination with 4–7 years of relevant experience.
• Competent with Windows Operating Systems and Apple technologies (required).
• Experience with Active Directory (required).
• Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, software and hardware, via in-person or remote channels.

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support across the company.
• Respond to requests and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
