• Must obtain gaming license and pass MVR for insurability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls for the IT Department and route to technicians.
• Assist users in opening or updating helpdesk tickets.
• Maintain licensing records and billing for software.
• Process invoices and track inventory and purchasing for IT.
• Attend mandatory trainings and support office procedures.
• Support on-site vendors with compliance forms and accommodations.
