Job summary

Active Wellness LLC is seeking a Service Desk Representative in San Francisco to greet members, manage check-ins, and answer calls. You will promote club services, assist with retail purchases, and support member retention and new memberships.

The role requires strong customer service, multitasking, and teamwork, with CPR/First Aid certification preferred. This is an on-site position with paid time off and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Previous health club customer service experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask.
• AED/CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Proof of citizenship or legal status.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests enthusiastically and handle check-in.

Location: Two Towers Fitness Center - San Francisco, CAPay Transparency: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour (DOE); Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay depends on factors including site location, specialty, certifications, work experience, and other business needs.Required Availability: Candidates must be available to work Tuesday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 11:00 AMRole and ResponsibilitiesThe Service Desk Representative is a high profile customer service position delivering beyond our member's expectations. They contribute to member retention, as well as new membership sales. This person has the responsibility of being responsive to members; checking members in and acting as a resource for members' needs of goods and services while in the club facilities.
