Job summary

Active Wellness LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to perform cleaning duties across the fitness floor, locker rooms, and offices. You will maintain equipment cleanliness, stock towels and supplies, and respond to special requests from management while working as part of a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 months in housekeeping and customer service, are detail oriented, and hold AED/CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Three months experience in housekeeping or janitorial services and three months customer service experience desired
• Detail oriented, organized and highly responsive with a commitment to customer service
• AED/CPR/First Aid certification required

Responsibilities

• Keep locker rooms spotless and neat at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of fitness equipment and common areas
• Restock fresh towels and consumables
• Respond to special housekeeping needs as requested by GM/Housekeeping lead or other managers
• Report broken equipment or lighting to manager
• Take care of housekeeping equipment and ensure it is in good working order
• Administer emergency care to members and guests when needed
• Work as a team with all departments
• Monitor inventory of supplies and report needs
• Attend site meetings and trainings
• Promote club services and activities
• Assist with keeping the center well stocked and clean
• Handle injury and illness and security incident reporting

Location: The Club For Fitness - McKinleyville, CAPay Transparency: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour (DOE); Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay depends on factors including site location, specialty, certifications, work experience, and other business needs.Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Housekeeper is responsible for any combination of cleaning duties on the fitness floor, locker rooms, common areas, aquatic center and offices.
