Job summary

Great Dane LLC is seeking an End User Support Technician to install, maintain, and upgrade PC hardware and software at our Terre Haute facility. You will support servers, networking, and phone equipment while handling service desk requests and maintaining SLA targets.

The role requires daily interaction with end users, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or related IT experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in IT/End-user support.
• Proficient in PC installation, upgrades, and repair; strong Windows and Office skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills; basic server/networking understanding.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and upgrade PC hardware and software.
• Support office and manufacturing hardware, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide remote and phone-based end-user support and service-desk assistance.
• Monitor and respond to service desk queue to meet SLAs.
• Take direction from management and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
