Job summary

Astrolab is seeking an entry-level Service Desk Engineer I to be the first point of contact for day-to-day technology needs at our Hawthorne, CA site. You’ll set up new hires, troubleshoot hardware and software, and keep our Microsoft-based environment running smoothly.

This hands-on role offers visibility on a small team and broad exposure across systems, hardware, and process, reporting to the IT Service Desk Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience providing user support or help desk assistance.
• Able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with basic IT concepts and ticketing processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for day-to-day IT needs.
