Job summary

CMI Management LLC, now part of the Dexterra Group, is seeking a Service/Helpdesk Dispatcher to provide service desk dispatch support for a client in Artesia, NM. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, collecting case details, and generating work orders in internal systems.

Key duties include assigning work order numbers, coordinating with technicians, handling expense vouchers, and maintaining spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Experience in service desk for complex commercial and institutional facilities (O&M and janitorial)
• Proficient with computers and software programs
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and verbal communication skills
• US citizen or permanent resident
• Able to pass background check and security clearance
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to prepare documents, consolidate data, and prepare reports and correspondence
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Respond to service desk requests with necessary information to generate a work order
• Assign a work order number and contact a technician
• Complete expense vouchers, run reports, and manage spreadsheets
• Adopt quality control measures in the work
• Additional administrative duties related to Helpdesk and Dispatching
