Jobgether is seeking a bilingual Spanish-English Service Desk Consultant for a remote, nine-month contract within Canada. The role involves diagnosing IT issues, handling first-contact resolutions, and escalating complex problems as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a service desk, fluent in Spanish and English, with strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills. CAD hourly pay and Canadian remote work are offered.
