Jobgether is seeking a bilingual Spanish-English Service Desk Consultant for a remote, nine-month contract within Canada. The role involves diagnosing IT issues, handling first-contact resolutions, and escalating complex problems as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a service desk, fluent in Spanish and English, with strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills. CAD hourly pay and Canadian remote work are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Tier I service desk or help desk experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose IT issues, record service requests, and resolve incidents at first contact whenever possible.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier II support and monitor them through to resolution.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to process improvements.
