Job summary

INPO offers a co‑op program at the Service Desk in Atlanta, rotating through four roles: Coordinator Main, Coordinator Secondary, Peer, Lab, and Team Leader. You’ll staff the front desk, prep laptops for evaluators, and maintain hardware inventory.

From day one you’ll be mentored, attend training, and participate in lunch‑and‑learn sessions. Pay starts at $20/hour and increases by $1 each semester, with eligibility for end‑of‑semester bonuses and certification support.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in computer science or information technology.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work rotating semesters.
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Staff the front desk and be the first point of contact.
• Prepare laptops for evaluators going to sites.
• Maintain hardware inventory and perform setups.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
