INPO is seeking a Fall 2026 Co-op/Technical Support Analyst for its Service Desk in Atlanta, GA. This on-site, part-time position provides hands-on experience in desktop and printer support, software troubleshooting, and customer service as co-ops rotate through coordinator, peer, lab, and team lead roles.

• Currently enrolled in a computer science or IT degree program.
• Pursuing a degree with availability for co-op schedule.
• Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, configuration, setup and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• Provide support for various software products.
• Cycle through roles: coordinator main/secondary, peer, lab, team lead.
• Participate in training and mentoring through the co-op program.
