Service Desk / AV Technician

Position Summary:

Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving end user issues related to network and computer applications. The role involves maintaining the company's computer infrastructure, including servers, desktops/laptops, mobile devices, and network systems, with a focus on innovation and project management to enhance the environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems for end users regarding computers and applications on the network.
2. Provide Level 2 support for applications and network issues to Network Systems Administrators.
3. Lead initiatives to improve laptop, phone, and tablet technology.
4. Support Audio Visual equipment for meetings and events, including laptops, projectors, and conference room tech.
5. Coordinate with business teams to support Sales team onboarding.
6. Train new team members and create procedural documentation.
7. Support mobile devices and provide end user training as needed.
8. Collaborate with IT team members to resolve issues and communicate system updates.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience with laptops, Windows OS, and hardware.
• 5-7 years managing MS Office applications.
• At least 1 year supporting A/V equipment.
• Knowledge of servers and networking, including WiFi.
• Experience with tablets and MAC IOS devices.
• Strong communication skills for email, phone, and in-person interactions.
• Availability for on-call support during after-hours and weekends.
• Regular attendance is required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing users in a Citrix environment.
• Experience with VM server environments.
• Support and maintenance experience with corporate phone systems and mobile devices.
• Oracle administration experience is a plus.

Estimated Pay Range: $23.10 - $33.00 per hour
