Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google docs / sheets.
• Ability to spend a large part of your workday seated at a desk.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Automotive dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and billing out repair orders.
• Answering phones to help clients schedule service appointments.
• Assisting with administrative data entry tasks.
• Support for the Service department and potential growth to Service Advisor.
