Qualifications

• Excellent customer service required.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs/Sheets.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Automotive dealership experience preferred.

• Back up service team with billing and repair-order reviews.
• Answer phones and schedule service appointments.
• Assist with administrative data entry tasks.
