Job summary

Bobby Rahal Lexus of Lancaster County is seeking a Service Assistant in Lancaster County, PA. The role supports a busy service department by reviewing and billing repair orders, answering phones to schedule service, and handling data-entry tasks.

This is a great entry point with on‑the‑job training, Monday–Friday 9am to 6pm, and opportunities to advance to a Service Advisor as you gain experience. Benefits and balance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google docs / sheets.
• Ability to spend a large part of your workday seated at a desk.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Automotive dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Hourly Rate of Pay: $17.00

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this position, most of your day is spent backing up other team members in our busy Service department with important items such as reviewing and billing out repair orders, answering phones to help clients schedule service appointments, and assisting with administrative data entry tasks. This role is a great starting point for individuals wishing to eventually grow their career and become a Service Advisor.
