Job summary

Bobby Rahal Lexus of Lancaster County in Lancaster County, PA is seeking a Service Assistant to support a busy Service Department. Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm, with an hourly rate of $17.

This position offers growth opportunities within Team Rahal and a solid benefits package after probation. You’ll back up technicians by reviewing and billing repair orders, answering phones to schedule service, and handling data-entry tasks.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google docs / sheets.
• Ability to spend a large part of your workday seated at a desk.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Automotive / dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Back up team members in the busy Service department, reviewing and billing repair orders.
• Answer phones to help clients schedule service appointments and assist with data entry tasks.

What You'll Do

In this position, most of your day is spent backing up other team members in our busy Service department with important items such as reviewing and billing out repair orders, answering phones to help clients schedule service appointments, and assisting with administrative data entry tasks. This role is a great starting point for individuals wishing to eventually grow their career and become a Service Advisor.
