Job summary

Bobby Rahal Lexus of Lancaster County is seeking a Service Assistant to support the busy Service department. You will review and bill repair orders, answer phones to schedule service, and assist with data entry. Great entry point for advancement toward a Service Advisor role.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service required.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs/Sheets.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Automotive dealership experience preferred.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm

Hourly Rate of Pay: $17.00

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this position, most of your day is spent backing up other team members in our busy Service department with important items such as reviewing and billing out repair orders, answering phones to help clients schedule service appointments, and assisting with administrative data entry tasks. This role is a great starting point for individuals wishing to eventually grow their career and become a Service Advisor.
