Job summary

Bobby Rahal Lexus of Lancaster County is seeking a Service Assistant to support a busy service department. Schedule: Monday–Friday 9am–6pm, hourly rate $17, and a path for advancement within the Team Rahal organization.

You will help with reviewing and billing repair orders, answering phones to schedule service, and performing administrative data entry. Excellent customer service and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to spend a large part of your day seated at a desk.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Automotive/dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

In this position, most of your day is spent backing up other team members in our busy Service department with important items such as reviewing and billing out repair orders, answering phones to help clients schedule service appointments, and assisting with administrative data entry tasks. This role is a great starting point for individuals wishing to eventually grow their career and become a Service Advisor.
