Qualifications

• Education: bachelor’s degree preferred; automotive training is valuable.
• Extensive experience in automotive service management within a dealership.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer focus and dedication to service excellence.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and dealership operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve service issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of service advisors to meet performance targets.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and clear service recommendations.
• Oversee scheduling and coordination of service appointments and bays.
• Maintain high-quality standards in diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
• Identify and pursue additional services to maximize revenue.
• Maintain accurate customer records, service history, and billing data.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide ongoing training to advisors on product knowledge and processes.
• Analyze KPIs and service metrics to drive improvements.
• Ensure safety/regulatory compliance across the service department.
