C. Harper Auto Group in Belle Vernon, PA seeks an Experienced Service Manager to lead our Service Department across one of our seven dealerships. You will drive profitability, staffing efficiency, and customer retention while maintaining service records and productivity targets.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in automotive service management, strong leadership, and excellent communication. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities in a family-owned business.

Competenze

5–7 years of experience in automotive service management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or related field preferred.
Strong leadership and team development abilities.

Forecast goals and manage the service department’s performance.
